However, the fuel costs have to be paid per hour.

Do I receive a confirmation for my booked date?
Yes, if the booking was successful you will receive an automatic email shortly after to confirm the date. In case you did not receive a confirmation please contact our service team.

How do I find out where the meeting point is?
Approx. one week before the event we will publish the meeting point in the news section.

Unfortunately I cannot participate on the appointed date?
New dates are appointed on a regular basis.

Can I bring a friend?
No. As the car is a two-seater and there will always be an instructor driving with you there is no space for another person.

Can I share the hour with a friend  (2 persons driving half an hour each)?
No.

Can I hand on the gift coupon I bought to somebody else?
Yes.

I booked a wrong date by mistake?
That is no problem, that is something that can happen Please get in contact with us.

Can I change my booked date at short notice?
Our events are subject to complicated planning. For that reason it is only possible to rebook your date 14 days beforehand.

Does my gift coupon become invalid  if I cannot keep this date?
Yes.

What do I have to bring to my date?
Identity card, valid driving licence and a confirmation of the booking.

What kinds of confirmation of my booking are accepted?
A gift coupon in paper form.
A gift coupon electronically transferred via email.

Why do the conditions vary e.g. concerning the age limitation or the full coverage retention?
It might happen that the offered performance of our partners vary. That is no mistake. That is due to special conditions which were negotiated by our partners. The offer is valid in the form it is offered by our partners.

Yes. The fuel costs have to be paid on site to the instructor.

Flying with a hot air balloon

When do the flights with a hot air balloon take place?
The flights always take place in the evening. You can choose between dates at 7pm and 9pm. Most of the dates are on the weekend.

How many persons can fly with a hot air balloon?
4 persons.

Can I fly alone with my partner?
Yes, that is possible. In this case, however, there will be additional costs. Please get in contact with us.

How do I find out where the meeting point is?

The pilot decides according to weather conditions.

Can it happen that the flight in the hot air balloon does not take place?
Yes. Hot air ballooning does depend on weather conditions. If strong wind or rain is expected the flight has to be cancelled. You will receive a new date promptly.
