All participants shall take part on the event at their own risk. They bear the sole civil and criminal responsibility. The driver declares by signing this document to waiver all rights to claims for damages of any kind in relation with this event, that is, against Hammer Events owner Rene Rustemeyer, the instructor, all members of staff, trainer, organisers and all other persons in relation with the event.
The signed liability denial is effective against all parties concerned. It is valid for any legal claims, especially for damages resulting from contractual or non-contractual claims and for claims resulting from tortious liability. Implicitly limitations of liability remain untouched by the preceding exemption clause.
